Mohsin Naqvi, the interim chief minister of Lahore, voiced his displeasure with the project’s failure to wrap up on time for the Samanabad underpass project. He instructed the relevant authorities to make sure that other construction projects in the city are finished on schedule.

During a meeting at his office, the Chief Minister (CM) praised the Auqaf and other associated departments for finishing the Data Darbar parking project & Samanabad underpass project on time. He gave the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) the go-ahead to start planting efforts on the Lahore Airport runway.

The gathering also featured a presentation on the development of footpaths, bicycle and biker tracks. Also repairing and rehabilitating 54 roads in Lahore. The CM was informed that the required actions are being taken to operationalize the Data Darbar one-way input quickly.

Iran’s consul general Mehran Mowahid Far also met with interim chief minister Mohsin Naqvi in his office. They discussed shared goals like boosting exports of items like rice and mangoes.

When the chief minister was invited to a handicrafts fair in Isfahan. He pledged that efforts would be made to boost exports in collaboration with the federal government. Moreover, the problems with the Punjab Agriculture & Meat Company would soon be resolved.
