Punjab Chief Minister Unveils Plan to Construct 100,000 Affordable Houses

Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the CM Punjab, has inaugurated a large-scale project to provide low-income, affordable houses. In a discussion focused on the ‘Apni Chaat Apna Ghar‘ initiative in Lahore, the Chief Minister presented plans to build 100,000 homes to meet the housing needs of low-income people.

CM stressed the significance of creating a thorough plan to guarantee this initiative’s successful execution. It was agreed that more than 3,000 homes for low-income citizens would be built in every district of Punjab.

The Chief Minister emphasized in her orders the importance of prioritizing construction quality and sustainability. The officials were assigned to finish the model dwellings in a stringent six-week period. Furthermore, she instructed authorities to guarantee affordability for the intended recipients. Ensuring down payments and monthly installments at reasonable levels.

The ‘Apni Chaat Apna Ghar’ initiative is a major step in the right direction towards providing Punjab’s low-income residents with affordable houses. The government wants to provide safe and sustainable housing solutions for people in need by emphasizing affordability and construction requirements.
