Lahore Commissioner Muhammad Ali Randhawa has advocated for third-party verification of the anti-smog measures by environmental officers. He has issued a strict warning against any operating pyrolysis plant and emphasized the responsible use of water resources for anti-smog activities.
The commissioner has also highlighted the importance of stringent actions against violations and providing alternative machines to farmers for crop residue management. These collaborative and closely monitored anti-smog initiatives exemplify the city’s dedication to combat the challenges associated with smog effectively.
