As per a recent announcement by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), the ‘Walk & Shop Arena’ is scheduled to open its doors next month. Once open, it is expected to become a popular shopping and dining destination for the citizens of Lahore. The arena has been subject to a two-year delay located near Mian Plaza, on the Main Boulevard of Johar Town.

The ‘LDA Walk & Shop Arena’ project is expected to generate a handsome amount of money for businesses and the government. Soon the LDA will start auctioning the malls and shops as directed by the government, which will ultimately generate good revenue.

Spanning an area of 130 kanals, the Walk & Shop Arena has incorporated architectural designs from various countries such as Spain, Italy, China, America, and Mughal design principles. The arena will feature an amusement park that covers 15 kanals. Other attractions include a theatre, pergolas, water channels, a music kiosk, etc.

Additionally, there will be a mega shopping mall, having a large number of shops and restaurants. LDA also plans to set up a sitting area, and courtyard. A parking area with a capacity of 500 vehicles and 500 motorcycles will also be built. The project will be auctioned next month, and potential investors are invited to seize this opportunity.
