LDA Director General Muhammad Ali Randhawa led the meeting where the development of the Dastak App was discussed. The meeting had other stakeholders, including PITB Chairman Faisal Yousuf and DC Lahore Rafia Haider.
All the people involved in the meeting assessed the progress of the Dastak App and discussed other challenges in its launching. The app will provide essential services like birth certificates, death certificates, and B-forms. They will all be delivered at home to the people.
LDA’s Director General highlighted the importance of this digital leap and how citizens can now access LDA-related services without coming to offices. Furthermore, the mobile app has all the information and LDA-related services through their cell phones.
With the Dastak App, the PITB and LDA are working to streamline and simplify accessing vital civic services. This development brings efficiency and ease to the citizens’ fingertips, transforming how public services are availed in Lahore.
