LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) conducted an early morning operation on Tuesday against a land-grabbing mafia in Tajpura. The teams evacuated plot number 57 and 59, Block A. They are valued at millions of rupees and are on the main canal road.

Moving further, LDA teams also had a demolition operation in the areas of Shadbagh, Gujarpura, and Canal Road. The Director of Town Planning, Ayesha Mutahir, termed this strict action as part of an ongoing operation against all illegal construction in the whole city.

Moreover, an illegal construction opposite Sozo Water Park on Canal Road was entirely destroyed. The concerted efforts against illegal constructions and occupation mafias align with Commissioner Lahore’s and DG LDA’s directives.
