The Shahdara flyover completed project had a timeline of 10 months, but it has just been concluded in six months. It showcases the LDA’s commitment and effectiveness. This project is a huge accomplishment for LDA, which will benefit millions of people.
Shahdara Chowk’s flyover is 850 meters long and features three lanes. It is now open to traffic, seamlessly connecting to GT Road and N-5. This development promises enhanced commuter connectivity and will alleviate traffic congestion on Lahore’s primary entry and exit routes.
Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi presided over the inauguration. He assured Shahdara residents that the beautification of the surrounding area would commence in the coming days.
LDA Director General Chief Engineer Asrar Saeed expressed gratitude for the leadership of the CM and acknowledged their pivotal role in expediting the project’s completion.
